San Francisco Citizens Initiative for Technology and Innovation (sf.citi) is a 501(c)6 organization created to leverage the power of the technology community around civic action in San Francisco. Launched in 2012, sf.citi supports innovative policies and works collaboratively with government to find new solutions to historic problems facing San Francisco, and is the voice of tech in San Francisco. We take a “One City” approach to everything we do – building a shared sense of community and civic responsibility between San Francisco’s technology companies and its residents. In that same spirit, sf.citi engages our members to support San Francisco students and teachers through Circle the Schools, an adopt-a-school program we co-founded, along with the San Francisco Education Foundation and the San Francisco School District, in 2014.
We actively engage our 1000+ member companies, and their employees, to focus on issues relevant to our city, and to draw upon their talent and energy for new ideas that help make San Francisco better for all. We are dedicated to developing and promoting meaningful programs aimed at making San Francisco a better and more productive place to live and do business.
